This role also requires you to build, update and maintain all HR related data via HR System on time
The role also provides you with an ongoing opportunity to assist in identifying areas to improve communications, efficiency of operations and implementing changes.

Handling complex activities which require thorough and in-depth knowledge of the clauses on hours of work, compensation accuracy, leave obligations and required leave guidelines set forth by the Federal Reserve Board, high level testing and uploading of eLearning modules, onboarding governance checks, global Block Leave management, setup of International Assignments, HRBP support on My Performance data etc.

MBA in any Field and other equivalent qualification
