The Role
As our Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor, you’ll be the creative force behind dynamic video content that captures attention and drives engagement. From brand explainers and social ads to YouTube videos and animated reels, you’ll help us bring ideas to life with style, speed, and storytelling finesse.
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, design, and produce motion graphics, animated content, and short-form video edits for a variety of platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Edit raw footage, add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music to deliver polished, high-impact videos.
• Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and account managers to turn scripts or briefs into compelling visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
What You Bring
• 2+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics (agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for pacing, color, typography, and detail.
• Experience creating social-first content (especially for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks).
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the GCC market and audience preferences is highly desirable.
• Bonus: Knowledge of 3D animation (Cinema 4D/Blender) or experience with tools like Figma, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
