Develop and maintain client relationships
Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions
Manage applications from submission to funding
Ensure compliance with FSRA guidelines and brokerage policies
Build referral networks with realtors, lawyers, and other professionals
Requirements
Valid Ontario Mortgage Agent (Level 1 or 2) or Mortgage Broker License
Strong communication and sales skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
Professional and ethical conduct
Ability to work independently
