Mortgage Adviser Responsibilities

Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
Conduct detailed fact-finds and recommend suitable products
Manage protection-focused enquiries from initial contact through to completion
Handle mortgage enquiries and applications where required
Maintain high levels of customer service and regulatory compliance
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Convert provided leads into written business
Participate in a flexible weekend on-call rota from home
Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage Adviser

Fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser
CeMAP or equivalent qualifications
Strong understanding of mortgage and protection markets
Experience managing client cases from enquiry through to completion
Comfortable handling both mortgage and protection business
