Monitoring team Roles & Responsibilities
• Working 24*7*365
• SCOM Operation Console Monitoring
• Administration of SCOM Tool
• Monitoring and Administration of All Servers and Services for Dev, Stg & Prod Environment
• Dev Environment Application Pool Services resolution
• Administration of SCOM Operation Console which provides Application support for SCOM.
• Perform Installation & Administrative tasks for the Operation Manager Console
• Configuring / Removal Servers and their respective Services on SCOM Console
• Health Monitoring of URL’S
• Creation of management Packs for SCOM
• Provide support for the SCOM platform, Create Notification Rules
• Managing Servers Services (Creation, Setting Thresholds, Notification Rules etc)
• Troubleshooting of SCOM Console
• Administration of RPA processes
• Supervision of UiPath orchestrator Tools
• Execute the RPA Processes on UiPath Tool
• Daily trigger RPA Processes
• Daily Assigned Scheduled RPA Tasks
