• Key Responsibilities : Has extensive architecture, design and implementation experience on MongoDB o Has archietcted, designed and implement sharding and indexing strategies for MongoDB o has architected and designed and implemented deployment architecture across 4 data centers - DC-NDC-DR-NDR RPO0, RTO1 and SLA++++ on-premises private data center o Has through understood of clustering, shading, replication, indexing for digital platforms working at scale of 3000-5000 TP
• Technical Experience : Has designed high performant Mongo DB Collections, Document schemas o Has hands on experience on data sync strategies from Kafka to Mongo Sync connector based architectures o Will play an active role in Mongo engineering across - Full lifecycle implementation from requirements analysis, platform selection and setup, technical architecture design, application design and development, testing, and deployment o Has implemented and maintained MongoDB OPS
• Professional Attributes : Must have performed in client facing roles - Strong Communication skills - leadership skills - Team handling skills - Analytical skills - Presentation skills - Ability to work under pressure.
• Educational Qualification : BE/BTech/Graduate
