Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Medical Office Assistants (MOA) to join our healthcare team on a full-time or part-time basis. In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline support for patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations and a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help facilitate efficient patient flow, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. Duties
• Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details to ensure accurate check-in procedures
• Assist with patient registration, updating medical records, and managing appointment schedules
• Support healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as preparing examination rooms and handling medical documentation
• Administer medications as directed by physicians, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and clinical workspace to promote a safe environment
• Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay messages efficiently to ensure seamless communication
• Support inventory management by monitoring medical supplies and requesting restocking when necessary
• Strong understanding of patient care procedures and medical terminology
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
• Ability to accurately administer medications following prescribed protocols
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing records and schedules
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments while multitasking effectively
