MIS/CRM Executive (Channel Partner Vertical)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS/CRM Executive to support our Channel Partner (CP) Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM data, generating MIS reports, tracking sales performance, and ensuring accurate data management to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring complete accuracy of customer, lead, and Channel Partner (CP) data.
· Create and maintain Channel Partner profiles, project inventory, lead records, site visits, bookings, and sales updates.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales dashboards, and management reports.
· Track lead allocation, follow-ups, conversions, bookings, and closures.
· Prepare reports on Channel Partner performance, sales productivity, lead ageing, inventory status, and revenue.
· Monitor CRM data quality by identifying and correcting duplicate or inaccurate records.
· Coordinate with Sales, Channel Partner, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure timely data updates.
· Support management with business analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting requirements.
· Ensure timely reporting with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
· Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and CRM efficiency.
Required Skills
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, Dashboards, Charts).
· Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Sell.Do, LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar systems.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in MIS, CRM, Sales Operations, or Data Management.
· Experience in the real estate industry, preferably supporting Channel Partner (CP) Sales, is highly preferred.
