Mortgage Broker (Investment Property Specialist)
Location: Australia (Client-Facing Role)
Employment Type: Commission-Only
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly driven Mortgage Broker with strong investment property experience to join a fast-paced, client-focused lending environment. This role is ideal for a broker who goes beyond basic loan writing and can provide strategic, investment-focused advice to clients looking to build and scale property portfolios.
This is a purely client-facing position, with full back-office support handling administration, processing, and compliance—so you can focus entirely on advising clients and writing business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored mortgage solutions with a strong focus on investment property lending
Advise clients on loan structuring, portfolio growth, and long-term investment strategies
Build and manage a pipeline of new and existing clients
Conduct detailed financial assessments and present suitable lending options
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and industry partners
Stay current with lending policies, market trends, and investment strategies
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, with significant exposure to investment lending
Strong understanding of property investment strategies and portfolio structuring
Ability to deliver high-quality advice, not just transactional loan processing
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable in a commission-only role
Relevant qualifications and accreditation (e.g., Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, MFAA/FBAA membership preferred)
