About the Role:

We are looking for an innovative, well-organized MIS Executive for the Sales department of our company. The MIS Executive’s responsibilities will be to handle all the daily/weekly/monthly reports, process orders, take appointments, and keep up-to-date with the payment systems. Correctness of data.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Assist the Sales and Marketing department in managing the data of the overall process and creating reports, dashboards, etc.

· Transfer data from different sources and formats into database systems.

· Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties, and create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.

· Verify data by comparing it to source documents, update existing data, and retrieve data as and when required.

· Partnering with Sales to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data

· Enable the team to work smarter by simplifying processes - excel automation, etc.

· Track the key metrics, including growth, profit/loss rates, and target achieved per the requirement.

· Create daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the department as and when required.

· Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Knowledge and Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree.

● Experience with sales team and follow-ups.

● Experience with advance excel, MS office.

● Attention to detail and excellent presentation skill

● Excellent MS Excel and other analytics skills.
