Job Name: MIS & Business Analyics Executive

Key Responsibilities

Publish and maintain daily business reports and dashboards with accurate and timely data visibility.

Conduct daily performance analysis across stores, regions and key business metrics to identify trends, opportunities and risks.

Drive deep-dive analysis of concern stores, catchments and markets, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Monitor business performance and track closure of action plans with regional and store teams.

Prepare business insights, data packs and presentations for Monthly Retail Meetings (MRM).

Create and publish weekly business review PPTs for leadership huddles and performance discussions.

Support and facilitate Retail Workshops, providing analytical insights, performance reviews and business recommendations.

Manage and drive the store Reviews, including store-level business intelligence, performance tracking and opportunity mapping.

Develop store-wise scorecards, performance trackers and KPI dashboards to support business decision-making.

Partner with Retail Operations, Planning, CRM and Regional teams to ensure actionable insights translate into business outcomes.

Own GEM Incentive planning, budgeting, payout tracking and reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, target setting, target allocation and performance monitoring across stores and regions.
