- Provide L2 support for middleware platforms including WebSphere (WAS), Tomcat, and JBoss- Install, configure, and administer middleware environments across Dev, QA, and Production- Manage and support application deployments (WAR/EAR files) across application servers- Monitor system health, server performance, and availability to meet SLA requirements- Troubleshoot issues related to application deployment, server crashes, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks- Perform log analysis, JVM tuning (heap, threads, GC), and debugging- Support clustering, load balancing, and high availability configurations- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution- Perform patching, upgrades, migrations, and workplace maintenance activities- Work closely with application, database, OS, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution- Support release management activities and ensure smooth production deployments
