As a Software Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining key applications that support our business operations. You will work within an Agile framework, collaborating with Business Analysts, UX Designers, Test Engineers, and Technical Support to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain features for a portfolio of applications, focusing on quality and business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and alignment with business goals.
• Engage in all stages of software development including coding, testing, and documentation to meet established standards.
• Lead Agile estimation activities to assist in sprint planning and progress tracking.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, providing updates on tasks and addressing any roadblocks.
• Contribute to code reviews and retrospectives to foster team improvement and adopt best practices.
• Build and maintain high-quality software through rigorous testing practices and continuous integration.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure technical feasibility of features and requirements.
• Support transition of features to production, ensuring they meet stability and performance criteria.
• Automate testing processes to promote high standards of software quality and functionality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience, particularly in C#.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server and SSIS, including data processing and ETL workflows.
• Experience with GitHub and mainframe technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative work environments.
• A self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in an on-call rotation to ensure system stability and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $73,300.00 to $150,500.00, based on skills, location, and experience.
