Job Description

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and facilitate the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities
• Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Translate functional needs into technical specifications, including system workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 using out-of-the-box functionalities and identify requirements for custom extensions.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, scripts, and managing issue resolution.
