Job Title: Meta Ads Executive – Lead Generation D2C

Location: WFH
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)
Experience: 1.5 – 2.5 years (Agency experience mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Meta Ads Executive to handle both Lead Generation and D2C campaigns for multiple clients at Fx Retina. You will manage high-budget campaigns, optimize them for maximum ROI, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for Lead Generation and D2C clients
Manage budgets more than ₹2 Lakh – ₹3 Lakh/month per client
Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA)
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting
Coordinate with the creative team for high-quality ad assets
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes
Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest improvement strategies
Requirements:

Agency experience: 1.5 – 2.5 years (currently working in or recently from a digital marketing agency)
Proven track record in managing Meta Ads for both Lead Generation and D2C brands
Strong knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, and budget optimization
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Preferred industry experience: Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, or D2C brands
