Job Title: MERN Stack Instructor
Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Job Overview
BR TechGeeks is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable MERN Stack Instructor to train and mentor students in modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with excellent teaching and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on MERN Stack technologies.
Teach MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Design course materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
Guide students in developing real-world projects and applications.
Assist students in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving code quality.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide technical mentorship.
Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
Support students in portfolio development and interview preparation.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
Experience with REST APIs and API integration.
Understanding of Git and GitHub version control.
Knowledge of database design and management.
Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, faculty member, or technical instructor is preferred.
Experience working on live projects using the MERN Stack.
Portfolio, GitHub repositories, or project demonstrations will be an added advantage.
