Role Overview:
As a Merchant Banking Execution Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of merchant banking/execution capital market transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and work closely with legal, compliance, and audit teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of offer documents.
• Prepare and draft offer documents, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and preferential issues.
• Coordinate with various internal teams, including investment banking, legal, compliance, and finance, as well as external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable securities laws, regulations, and listing requirements throughout the execution process.
