About the Role
Reporting to the Retail Buyer for Calvin Klein, you will manage the movement of merchandise from the warehouse to all Calvin Klein Retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage purchase orders, stock flow and category communication to support timely product availability.
Support Buying, Planning and Allocation teams with order processing and merchandise administration.
Create and maintain retail contracts, bulk orders and product information across Aptos, SAP and Webtools.
Maintain accurate merchandise data and ensure system integrity across key platforms.
Monitor and maintain bulk orders, including amendments, stock reservations and data validation.
Coordinate stock deliveries with warehouse and wholesale teams to ensure efficient store replenishment.
Support inventory management through store transfers, markdowns, stock balancing and outlet movements.
Assist with inventory planning for new store openings and store closures.
Produce management reports and weekly stock-on-hand (SOH) reporting to support business decisions.
Respond promptly to store enquiries, stock requests and customer orders.
Monitor sales performance, market trends and store performance to identify opportunities and escalate inventory issues.
About You
High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficient computer skills, with experience using Excel and SAP (preferred).
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
