Job Overview
As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to individuals in ressource. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans.
Monitor and document patient behaviors and interactions
Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily activities and personal hygiene
Support patients in developing coping strategies and skills for managing mental health challenges
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the safety and well-being of patients
Utilize computerized systems for patient documentation and record-keeping

Requirements
Experience working in mental health setting is preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities when supporting patients in their treatment goals
bilingual abilities are a plus
Basic computer operation skills for utilizing electronic medical records
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain professionalism at all times
