Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist customers with account management, including data entry and updating client information.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality and identify trends.
Support sales efforts by engaging customers in a friendly manner and promoting relevant offerings.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
Analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
