TCS Mega Walk In - Mumbai Hiring for Record To Report!
INTERVIEW DETAILS:

π Location: TCS Olympus, First Floor β Security Block, Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Patlipada, Thane West - 400607, Maharashtra
Job Summary:
Role : Record To Report
Experience: 1 year to 5 years
Job Location: Mumbai
Eligibility:
β’ Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
β’ Non-technical graduation in any stream - B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)
β’ Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
β’ Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
β’ Candidates to have registered EPs
β’ It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
β’ End to End Knowledge in Record to Report Process
β’ Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
β’ Analysis from different sectors of all the variables that affect. Systematic control and logging of financial transactions
Processing of journal entries, processing of financial accounting transactions into the general ledger, including collecting, recording, verifying and reconciling financial data and performing Lease Accounting
β’ Maintaining and updating the hierarchies in the general ledger and managing cost centers
β’ Recording and controlling the physical records and financial activities related to the corporationβs fixed assets for book and tax purposes.
β’ Prepare financial and ad hoc reports and analyses
β’ Monitoring and tracking periodic revenue and expenses
β’ Monitoring and tracking POs and invoices
β’ Posting of Bank statements on a daily basis
β’ Prepare & Posting of Journal Entries that include Accrual, Re-class, Adjustments, Payroll and clearing entries as per the time lines
β’ Performing Month End Close activities as per close calendar agreed with the Customer
β’ Bank reconciliation Statement
β’ Preparing Cash flow statement
β’ Balance sheet review and reconciliation
β’ Manage quarterly inter-company process and ensure the variations if any are within the threshold limits
β’ Process Addition / Disposal / Retirement requests received for fixed assets
β’ Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverable
β’ Prepare Budgets and Forecasts as per the Client Organization policies and provide variance analysis as per the frequency
