Nuvera MedSpa is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales Consultant to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while driving the growth of our practice. Position Overview
As a MedSpa Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for educating clients about our aesthetic treatments, recommending personalized treatment plans, selling high ticket treatment packages, and promoting skincare products. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while helping the practice grow.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatment packages.
Sell treatment packages, memberships, and retail skincare products.
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maximize conversions and retention.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Work closely with providers and front desk staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience (medical aesthetics, luxury retail, wellness, or healthcare sales preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident closing sales and overcoming objections.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Must be available to work 5 days per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
