Key Responsibilities of MR

The day-to-day duties of an MR span territory management, doctor engagement, and sales compliance:

1. Doctor Detailing & Product Promotion

Schedule Routine Visits: Organising regular appointments with clinic- and hospital-based doctors.
Deliver Sales Presentations: Presenting precise clinical benefits, drug applications, and competitive advantages using visual aids.
Distribute Samples: Providing complimentary medication samples and scientific literature for diagnostic trials.
Address Queries: Answering physician questions regarding drug efficacy, interactions, and safety parameters.
2. Commercial & Territory Management

Achieve Sales Targets: Meeting monthly and quarterly prescription quotas established by regional corporate offices.
Liaise with Pharmacies: Coordinating with local retail chemists and hospital stockists to ensure full stock availability of promoted medicines.
Identify New Accounts: Researching and mapping prospective clinics, upcoming nursing homes, and diagnostic labs to grow the client base.
3. Administrative duties, Events & Compliances

Submit Work Documentation: Logging daily customer interactions, client feedback, and completed routes via CRM tools.
Conduct Medical Events: Organizing or attending Continuing Medical Education (CME) seminars, clinical workshops, and trade exhibitions.
Maintain Sales Ethics: Strictly adhering to pharmaceutical industry marketing guidelines and transparency regulations.
Qualification - BBA / B.Pharm / Graduate

Experience: 3-5 Years

Salary - Negotiable as per Exp.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
