Role Overview

We are looking for driven field professionals who can build and manage relationships with doctors, clinics, and key healthcare partners to drive patient referrals.

Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals

Visit and engage referral partners regularly

Generate and manage patient referrals

Expand our network of healthcare partners across Jaipur

Your Daily KPIs

12–15 field visits

3 meaningful meetings

5 follow-ups

2 new contacts added daily

Ideal Candidate

Experience in Pharma (MR), Diagnostics, IVF, or Healthcare Sales

Strong communication & relationship-building skills

High follow-up discipline

Good knowledge of Jaipur’s healthcare network

Professional & confident personality

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month
