Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Liaison – Events and Content with a medical background to support the planning and execution of medical conferences, workshops, and events, as well as manage the content on our learning and information portal for doctors. This role requires a professional with both clinical and administrative experience, who can collaborate with medical committees and ensure seamless coordination across different teams for event success and doctor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Agenda Finalization:
• Work closely with the medical committee to finalize the conference, workshop, and event agendas.
• Ensure that the agenda aligns with medical learning objectives and is delivered on time for promotional activities.
• Marketing Communications Coordination:
• Collaborate with the marketing communications team to ensure the finalized agenda is communicated and promoted effectively.
• Ensure all necessary details are provided in a timely manner for promotional materials and outreach.
• Guiding Digital Marketing Content:
• Provide guidance to the digital marketing team on the medical content related to the event, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Support in developing event-specific messaging, infographics, and banners that align with the target audience's interests.
• Event Venue Arrangements:
• Coordinate with venue organizers to ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place for the event (conference/workshop), particularly with respect to medical learning needs, including seating, AV requirements, and materials distribution.
• Oversee the logistical aspects, ensuring a smooth flow of the event.
• Content Management for Events:
• Ensure that all presentations, PowerPoints, videos, and other event materials are prepared and available in advance.
• Liaise with speakers and contributors to gather and finalize their content for the event.
• Learning and Information Portal Management:
• Manage the deployment of event-related content on the online learning platform, ensuring it is easily accessible and engaging for doctors.
• Update the portal regularly with new educational content, videos, and resources to foster ongoing doctor engagement.
• Doctor Engagement Tracking:
• Monitor and analyze doctor engagement on the learning platform, gathering insights on usage patterns and content interaction.
• Provide regular feedback to the team on engagement metrics and suggest improvements for increasing participation.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Medical degree (MBBS /BHMS/ BAMS) with clinical experience and a background in event coordination or administration.
• Experience in organizing medical events such as conferences, workshops, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and online learning platforms is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams, including medical committees, digital marketing, and event management.
• Proficiency in content management systems and project management tools is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to encourage platform engagement.
