Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused, team-oriented environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients. You will play a key role in supporting both clinical care and the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints
Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
Administer injections and perform basic lab draws (as applicable)
Coordinate patient care, follow-ups, and referrals
Translate for Spanish-speaking patients
Support communication with patients via phone, text, and EMR platforms
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Manage clinic flow and ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience
Assist with inventory management and clinic organization
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with technology and EMR systems
Ability to work independently in an onsite clinic setting
Phlebotomy experience preferred
