Sales Head – DOOH - OOH Media (Delhi)
Location
Delhi NCR
10–15+ years in OOH, DOOH, media sales, advertising sales, or integrated marketing solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. we are starting our DDOH division and plan to have 150 media by the year end. Pics of media will be sent to messages once we shortlist.
Role Summary
The Sales Head – DOOH will lead revenue generation and business expansion for the company's digital outdoor media assets. The role requires developing relationships with brands, advertisers, media agencies, and government/corporate clients while driving sales strategy, team performance, and market growth.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Growth
• Drive annual and quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for DOOH inventory across Delhi NCR and other markets.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through direct clients, agencies, and programmatic DOOH platforms.
• Build long-term partnerships with leading brands and advertisers.
Client & Agency Management
• Develop strong relationships with media agencies, media planners, buying houses, and brand marketing teams.
• Pitch integrated DOOH solutions and customized advertising packages.
• Lead negotiations for high-value advertising contracts.
• Ensure high client retention and repeat business.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team.
• Set KPIs, revenue targets, and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct pipeline reviews and forecasting meetings.
• Drive a high-performance sales culture.
Market Development
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging DOOH technologies.
• Explore partnerships with malls, airports, metro networks, transit media, and retail media owners.
• Support expansion into new inventory locations and formats.
Strategic Planning
• Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and business plans.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Monitor inventory utilization and yield optimization.
