This person will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of the aerosol filling lines by providing mechanical support and accurate compounding of raw materials
This dual-role position is critical in maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and operational safety across our aerosol manufacturing processes
As a key member of our production team, you’ll play a hands-on role in both mechanical and compounding operations to keep our aerosol manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently
Responsibilities include setting up and changing over filling lines, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment to minimize downtime
You’ll also weigh, measure, and mix raw materials according to batch specifications, operating a variety of mixing equipment—including kettles and pumps—for flammable and adhesive product batches
Ensuring machinery meets safety and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, documenting production data, and keeping tools and parts in order are all part of your day-to-day
This role works closely with both maintenance and production teams and requires strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, including SDS, OSHA, EPA, FDA, and GMP guidelines

We are looking for a Line Mechanic/Compounder to join our team on 1st shift. This person will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of the aerosol filling lines by providing mechanical support and accurate compounding of raw materials. • Ability to read and understand batch sheets, schematics, mechanical drawings, SPO’s, and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Forklift certification preferred. (Or ability and willingness to become certified)
• Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, mixers, and fluid transfer systems.
