We are recruiting an Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Glasgow!

The Role

* Ensure all PPMs are carried out in line with PPM planner and SLAs.

* Ensure all vendors deliver services in line with the contractual obligations and expectations.

* To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with PPM operations.

* Assist in the day-to-day operations on site, also liaising with client on site team.

* Identifying faults found during PPMs and ensuring the most cost effective and environmentally suitable resolutions are priced and put forward.

* Organising and planning all works outside of normal working hours.

* Regular plant room checks.

Hours

* Monday - Friday

* 8am - 5pm

* Overtime weekend flexibility required

* On-Call schedule available

Qualifications Experience

* Minimum of Plumbing City Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3

* Maintenance experience

* FM Knowledge or experience. Read more
