• Strong understanding of precision machining processes and materials used in aerospace applications.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain supplier networks for high-quality mechanical parts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
