Job Summary:
Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring
quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
 Assist in planning and organizing warehouse operations.
 Ensure efficient shipment handling and space utilization.
 Implement SOPs and safety regulations.
 Supervise, train, and schedule staff.
 Monitor performance and provide feedback.
 Oversee inventory control and resolve discrepancies.
 Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
 Maintain a clean and safe environment.
 Fulfill customer orders and address complaints.
 Prepare performance reports and analyze data.
 Assist in budget preparation and cost control.
Qualifications:
 Must have experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
 3-5 years in warehouse operations, 1-2 in a supervisory role.
 Leadership and team management skills.
