About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated Project Engineers / Site Supervisors to manage daily site operations, ensure safety compliance, coordinate with clients, and oversee timely execution of engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Site & Safety Management
Conduct Toolbox Talk (TBT) every morning.
Ensure all labour (company or contractor) follow safety protocols and use safety kits.
Wear proper safety gear at all times.
2. Project Planning & Execution
Prepare a detailed project plan (start/end dates, materials, labour, tasks) as soon as the site is allotted.
Monitor daily progress against plan and adjust minor schedules as needed.
3. Daily Reporting
Share TBT updates and labour photos in the project group.
Submit daily work reports via ERP or project communication group.
4. Client Coordination
Create a project communication group with the client.
Collect and maintain client contact details.
5. Weekly Presentations
Prepare and deliver weekly progress presentations (attendance mandatory).
6. Material & Store Management:
Do proper material management & planning
Create and manage a proper storage area; maintain inventory count.
Plan material requirements 7 days in advance (material receipt only on Mon & Fri).
Ensure proper care, security, and internal transfer of material.
7. Contractor & Labour Management
Ensure contractor agreements are signed.
Maintain labour attendance daily (missing entries lead to penalties).
Prepare contractor performance reports after completion of work.
8. Site Documentation
Document every site visit with observations, issues, and next steps.
Maintain tool inspection and ensure no negligence in handling equipment.
Incentives
Quarterly bonuses for zero misses in reporting/presentations.

Eligibility
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (preferred).
2–3 years of site experience in engineering, installation, or construction.
Strong communication, planning, and documentation skills.
Full-time commitment (higher education alongside job not allowed).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
