Job Title: Mechanical Engineer role for Standardisation Dept
Roles
• Assist in developing and maintaining engineering standards and design guidelines.
• Support component standardization and part commonization across products.
• Maintain standard part libraries, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Review engineering designs to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and procurement teams to implement standardization practices.
• CAD Tool knowledge-Solid works, Auto CAD etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Additional Information
• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design or engineering support.
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, etc.).
• Familiarity with engineering standards (ISO/ASME/DIN) is an advantage.
• Understanding the engineering drawings.
• Developing the 3D assemblies within the given timelines.
• Hands on experience in sheet metal design.
