Mechanical Engineer (Power Plant Design)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with experience in Power Plant Design to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting and developing complex power plant designs, factory layouts, and industrial general arrangement drawings.

Responsibilities
• Develop, validate, and optimize mechanical designs, piping layouts, and equipment specifications for power plant applications.
• Analyze engineering parameters and schematics to improve system accuracy, reliability, and plant efficiency.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of engineers to integrate mechanical solutions into broader industrial and plant layouts.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client-facing reviews.
• Stay current with emerging developments in power generation, mechanical systems, and design methodologies.

Qualification & Experience
• M.Tech or equivalent degree in the Mechanical or Design domain.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in power plant design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering, CAD, and drafting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
