• *Primary Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing the mechanical requirements for the product
- Definition of the mechanical architecture
- Lead the mechanical design of an automotive electronic product
- Management the ME part of the project - planning, timing, risks ,tasks, change management, etc.
- Customer and suppliers communication;
- Alignment with manufacturing
- Visteon process compliance;
- conducting DFMEA
• *Competencies Required and Experience**:

- Mechanical Engineering Graduate or Post Graduate with 8 to 12 years experience in Mechanical Design.
- Positions requires knowledge in Automotive Electronics products, Plastic parts design, Die casting, Decoration technologies and Project management
- Master Degree in the field of mechanical engineering;
- Project management skills, including Requirements, Change and Risk Management;
- Task management and planning;
- Root cause analysis and problem solving skills;
- Active team leadership and motivation/co-ordination of others;
- Experience with demonstrated leadership in a project;
- Proven experience of electronics products with displays;
- DFMEA knowledge and experience;
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Able to comfortably manage multiple tasks and assignments;
- IT awareness with MS Office exposure.
