You’ll be our : Mechanical Durability Testing EngineerYou’ll be based at : Ather Proto Lab - PVL, NS Palya,BengaluruYou’ll be aligned with : Lead - Mechanical Durability You’ll be joining our : Product Validation LabWhat you’ll do at AtherUnderstanding and performing all components & vehicle level durability tests.DVP & test plan preparation for durability test lab.Co ordinating with team members for test execution and completing DVP as per plan.Handling measuring instruments like vernier calipers, dial gauges, inclinometers.Fixture design and development.Responsible for setting up test benches with pneumatic & hydraulic actuators for durability testing.Operation & maintenance of servo hydraulic actuators.Responsible for Test profile development, test execution & test report preparation. Responsible for proper usage of equipment/Instruments and machineries.5S and Lab safety maintenance.Working knowledge on MS Excel and Word.Understanding on updating & maintaining lab documents, services & calibration activities.Knowledge in CAD tool Solidworks and NX.Here’s what we’re looking forUnderstanding of electric vehicle dynamics and performance.Experience of working in a mechanical durability or technical support group.Expertise in fixturing/test development.Experience in servo hydraulic actuators.Good and technical communication skills & Punctuality.What you bring to AtherBachelors in Mechanical Engineering.Mechanical Engineer with basic electrical knowledge.
