Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and client-focused MBBS Doctor with valid TNMC registration to join our Slimming & Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate should be passionate about weight management, wellness treatments, body contouring, and client counselling. The role involves medical consultation, treatment planning, client conversion, and monitoring patient progress to ensure high client satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct medical consultations and assess clients for slimming and wellness programs.
Explain treatment plans, procedures, benefits, and expected outcomes to clients.
Recommend suitable slimming, inch loss, weight management, and wellness treatments based on client requirements.
Convert consultation leads into treatment enrollments through effective counselling and trust-building.
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans when required.
Coordinate with therapists, dieticians, physiotherapists, and front office teams for smooth clinic operations.
Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records and treatment documentation.
Handle client concerns and provide appropriate medical guidance.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols.
Support clinic revenue targets through consultation conversions and client retention.
Eligibility Criteria
MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Valid TNMC Registration is mandatory.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Experience in slimming, wellness, aesthetic, cosmetic, or lifestyle clinics is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and client handling abilities.
Ability to achieve consultation and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
