Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops for MBA/PGDM students.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate students through examinations, projects, and presentations.
• Design and update curriculum in line with industry trends.
• Mentor students for internships, placements, dissertations, and live projects.
• Publish research papers and participate in FDPs, workshops, and conferences.
• Build industry collaborations for guest lectures, internships, and live projects.
Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM in a relevant specialization.
• Ph.D. preferred or pursuing Ph.D. is an added advantage.
• 3–8 years of teaching and/or industry experience.
• Prior MBA/PG teaching experience is preferred.
Required Skills
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with case-based and experiential teaching methods.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
