Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Maths & Reasoning Faculty to teach nursing students preparing for competitive examinations such as NORCET, AIIMS, ESIC, DSSSB, RRB, and other government nursing recruitment exams.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, engaging, and exam-oriented manner. This is a hybrid/on-site role, requiring regular presence at our Jodhpur/ Bangalore office for content recording, live online classes, and academic collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Teach Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning through live online classes and recorded video lectures.
• Deliver engaging, concept-driven sessions that help students build strong fundamentals and improve exam performance.
• Prepare lecture plans, notes, practice questions, quizzes, and mock tests.
• Create high-quality academic content aligned with the latest nursing competitive exam syllabus and pattern.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide effective exam strategies and shortcut techniques.
• Analyze previous years' question papers and incorporate exam-oriented approaches into teaching.
• Monitor student performance and recommend strategies to improve accuracy and speed.
• Collaborate with the academic and content teams to continuously enhance course quality.
• Stay updated with changes in competitive exam patterns and syllabus.
Must Have
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience teaching Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning for competitive examinations.
• Strong command over Arithmetic, Algebra, Number System, Geometry, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, and Puzzles.
• Must have experience with online teaching and be comfortable delivering live online classes as well as recording video lectures.
