• This role will eventually relocate to Gilroy in 2027.
Primary Function of Position
Perform Cyclic Counts for the raw materials Inventory established in the Cycle Counting DOP aiming to maintain a high level of accuracy. Responsible to run reports, physical location and counting of items. Preparation of cycle counts reports, research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
Essential Job Duties
• Ensure compliance to inventory procedure.
• Accurately counting for assigned locations.
• Assist and perform investigation process to resolve inventory issues.
• Adopt and follow up the ISI safe protocol for the warehouse and production areas.
• Perform Batch Description (DB) of material by Variance Request (VR's) Verify quantities of VR's performed by Changeover.
• Audit Scrap reported by Changeover in the Material Transfer Form (MT) Assist in activities related with materials purge.
• Scrap material separation based on the request of the inventory analyst or supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
