Minimum Requirements:
Qualified Master Technician certification.
5+ years’ experience as a Master or Diagnostic Technician (Ford, Nissan, or Mazda).
Experience mentoring apprentices (preferred).
EV Qualification or willingness to obtain one.
Valid driver’s licence.
Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
Duties Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and test vehicles to manufacturer and safety standards.
Perform electronic visual health checks (eVHC) and Comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks (VHC).
Carry out OEM RMI-standard maintenance and repairs efficiently.
Source necessary parts and ensure quality control.
Maintain accurate service records in line with industry regulations.
Ensure compliance with Health Safety regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Provide mentorship and support to apprentices.
