This individual will serve as the bridge between the Product Manager and the delivery team, translating business needs into actionable deliverables and ensuring smooth, timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define requirements and priorities.

- Create, refine, and maintain the product backlog aligned with business goals.

- Manage Jira boards, track sprint progress, and support agile ceremonies.- Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams for requirement clarity.

- Stay updated on capital markets trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory: In-depth knowledge of capital markets or investment banking.

- Experience in backlog management and agile methodologies.

- Proficiency with Jira or similar agile project management tools.

- Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
