We are looking for a Marketplace Account Manager (Amazon & Flipkart) who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing ads, ensuring account health, and scaling our business across leading marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content).
• Plan & manage Amazon PPC & Flipkart Ads, promotions, and deals.
• Monitor FBA/FBM inventory, Easy Ship & Smart Fulfillment operations.
• Maintain account health, compliance (AYUSH/FSSAI), and customer ratings.
• Track sales, conversions, margins & prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Suggest growth strategies & implement competitive insights.
Ideal Candidate
• 2–5 years’ experience in Amazon & Flipkart account/category management.
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, ads & SEO.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and sales analysis.
• Prior FMCG/Wellness category experience is preferred.
• Growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, and ready to take ownership.
