Job Title: Marketing Trainee

About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Trainees to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in marketing. You will gain hands-on experience across various marketing functions including digital marketing, content creation, branding, market research, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, and brochures
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor analysis
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Help organize and coordinate marketing events, webinars, or campaigns
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling marketing assets
Track campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
