Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Calling Marketing Executive to engage with creators on our platform, enhance engagement, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, negotiation, and pitching skills, with a strong ability to revive inactive users and convert leads into active participants.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Telecalling (70% bandwidth)
Make outbound calls to potential and existing creators to promote offers, features, or packages.
Clearly explain products, pricing, and benefits to increase conversions and retention.
Follow call scripts and apply sales strategies to handle objections and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes in the CRM/dialer system.
User Engagement Feedback Calling (30% bandwidth)
Conduct structured survey/feedback calls to understand user satisfaction, experience, and feature requirements.
Re-engage inactive creators to bring them back to the platform.
Document responses with accuracy for analysis and reporting.
Escalate critical feedback to relevant teams (e.g., support, product).
Requirements
Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing.
Excellent negotiation and pitching skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and engage inactive users.
Comfortable working on dialer-based calling systems.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer proficiency for maintaining call records.
