Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our consumer goods team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in driving brand success in the FMCG and D2C space.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute customer engagement initiatives across various platforms, including social media and online portals.
• Drive e-commerce sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Enhance brand identity and positioning in the market.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
• Conduct thorough competition analysis and support brand and product development initiatives.
• Plan and execute on-ground activation events to promote brand visibility.
• Manage Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities.
Requirements
• Masters degree in Marketing
• Based in Mumbai
• Experience in a consumer goods company
• Background in digital marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset; self-driven and proactive
• Professional and process-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage data and communication effectively
