Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help execute and optimize our marketing strategies.
This role will support campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, helping drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital ads, social media, and other channels.
• Coordinate content creation for the website, blog, newsletters, and other communication channels.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
• Manage social media platforms and grow audience engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and branding.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, email platforms, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
