Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid (fully on-site, 5 days per week)

Hours: +:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand engagement, building online communities, and elevating our presence across social media and digital platforms. You’ll play a vital part in creating compelling content and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute content strategies to enhance brand visibility across social media platforms.
• Create engaging, high-quality content, including text, images, and video, tailored to various audiences and channels.
• Manage daily social media operations, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
• Cultivate and grow online communities, responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with company goals and messaging.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing practices.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic design tools or software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Passion for innovation and an interest in sustainability or the automotive industry is advantageous.
