Internship Overview
We are seeking a creative, outgoing, passionate, and driven intern to support our Marketing, Sales, and Business Development initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to strategic marketing, client engagement, and growth initiatives within a dynamic banking environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, brings fresh ideas, and is motivated by Integro Bank’s mission and values.
Some of the skillsets and opportunities that this role provides -
Intern must be ready to take part, build up skillsets, and be trained for some of, or all of, the following:
Sales & Business Development Support
• Cold calling, follow-up calls, appointment scheduling via phone with prospects, and follow-up calls with event attendees
• Assist with prospect research, lead tracking, and CRM updates
• Support business development initiatives and outreach campaigns
• Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing materials
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and events when appropriate
Marketing Support
• Assist with content creation for digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and presentations
• Support brand awareness initiatives, campaigns, and event marketing (including CEO Club and client events)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Support special projects aligned with bank growth, client experience, and innovation
• Contribute ideas that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and impact
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, or design tools is a plus
