Role Description The Marketing Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects from concept to delivery. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that campaigns and initiatives align with client objectives and Grwberry’s strategic approach. The Marketing Project Manager will collaborate closely with consultants, creatives, and clients, translating strategic briefs into actionable plans and clear deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders, reporting on performance, and supporting continuous improvement in marketing processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
• Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of multiple marketing initiatives.
• Effective communication abilities, with capacity to liaise across internal teams and client stakeholders clearly and professionally.
• Solid organization skills to manage timelines, resources, and documentation in a structured and efficient manner.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control, including tracking project expenses and optimizing use of funds.
• Foundational marketing knowledge and experience working on campaigns, brand initiatives, or go-to-market projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, report on performance, and recommend improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Experience in consulting, agency, or brand-side environments is an advantage.
